a Memorandum of Understanding is an agreement. It is a temporary agreement which is usually made before the lawyers get involved. It is made as a basis for the attornies to craft the final agreement. In this case we decided on a MOU because Generis had a show in Frankfurt and we wanted to announce the collaboration at the show.
The details will be worked out and a final agreement will probably be completed and signed within 90 days.
