The law requires us to file a 10Q with the SEC 45 days after the end of each of the first 3 fiscal quarters and a 10K 90 days after the end of the fiscal year. Thus it makes reporting schedule:
June 30, Aug 15, Nov 15, Feb 15.
Sometimes when we think that information may be significant we issue a news release with pre audited results.
