Yehoram, you said-
In summary, be specific in defining what you and your peers shareholders and potential future customers would be interested in and we will try to address this information without EXAGGERATED (or overstate the importance of) news items.
----
I can not be specific about requesting a news release because I don't know what you are working on.
This is the type of information that I would expect a CEO to already know... AND to be eager to share the knowledge as soon as the lawyers would let him.
I thought your reluctance to make announcements was due to your concern for SEC? If so, it makes no differnce what I would request...
Why you choose not to release news about legitimate non-exaggerated items of interest is beyond me. Unless of course there are no items of interest... Could a new PR firm think of items of interest? Perhaps familiarity has decreased the wonder of the technology you created?
While it would be nice if your customers would volunteer to jump up and offer testimonials, if they didn't, I would find a legal way to make it worth the trouble.
It sounds to me like you need your customers more(the keyword here is more-of course all businesses need customers) than they need you. That is unfortunate for all of us.
Thanks for your time,
R
