As previously announced, Sligen's Board of Directors voted to delist the shares of the Company from Vancouver. It did so because a more active market now exists in the U.S., and having the Candian listing was redundant. Soligen will continue to file all reports with the SEC in the U.S., and Canadian investors will be able to trade their stocks in the U.S. market. Knowing thatthis step was under consideration, Soligen started cutting back on its involvementwith the vancouver exchange, which prompted its action, along with others, regarding delisting. As Mr. Uziel said, Soligen has the highest regard for the Vancouver exchange and its officials. The decision to delist was taken only after extensive evaluation.
