I trade with Ameritrade. They won't let me buy Soligen throgh the internet. Their policy to trade Bulletin Board stocks is through the broker. They say it is to protect the customer against high volitility. I just buy it through the broker. I'm pleased with Soligen and plan to buy more, a lot more!
