see below-

:... Second, as much as I disagree with some of the language used here,

Has there been any foul language? Is sarcasm considered bad language in California?

:...The nice thing in public companies that once a year you get to vote your opinion and if you can get a majority it matters.

Unfortunately, unless you happen to agree with Yehoram on an issue - you will not get a majority.

: The fact is that to our shareholder meetings come few loyal shareholders and thus far all our proxies had overwhelming favor votes well before I voted mine.

Proxie votes default to the boards recomendations, right? The chances are most people don't bother sending in the proxies becasue they are generally used to confirm the auditor.

How about a special vote for Chairman? (Yehoram not voting of course).

: Shareholders who care should come to see their company, talk to its management and than decide what to do with their investment. We welcome shareholders who call in and come visit, we are open to listen as long as it is done in a professional way. We have never "brushed" and shareholder because his position is small. We take the time to explain to our shareholder as much as we can within the SEC disclosure limitations what we do and why.

Not all shareholders can fly about the country on a whim and those that can will probably not bother spending the money on the airfare. At least not when the company vote is a lock to be in favor of the CEO.

: I nay be naïve, but I do believe that people who visit our site may feel bad about some of the inappropriate postings, but they take it positively when they see that we respond, care and also that there are many of you who are for the long haul and support the company and its management.

The long haul? The company has been in business seven years. Please let us know when you think it is appropriate for a company to make a profit.

: We work very hard to make Soligen a great success. Some times it is discouraging to read some of the postings here. However I want to recognize you who support us and tell you explicitly that reading your support notes on this board make it worthwhile and make us proud in what we do and with whom we march.

Every shareholder is supporting the company Yehoram, even the ones who disagree with you.

Yehoram does not equal Soligen.

: On behalf of the Soligen family,

: Yehoram
