: Mary, Soligen on the Vancover stock exchange is Bid .25 cents, ask .38 cents closed at .38 cents up .06 cents, Volume 1500 shares. I really dont have an answer for the 1/16 bid on the OTC. Maybe somebody else will be able to explain the two different bids on the two stock exchanges. I hope this helps some.
