Yehoram,
You often refer to yourself as the company's biggest shareholder.
This is supposed to mean what? That the company is immune to the
stock market?
Couldn't help but use your quote for the subject. Out of curiosity,
at what point will your upbeat attitude change?
You remind me of a teenager driving a car for the first time... foot
on the gas to the floor with s-curves ahead. Scratch that... you
remind me of teenager driving in first gear with a blindfold on.
If you make it - congratulations, if you don't the company will be
just another crumpled wreck on the side of the road.
And all of your stockholders are passengers!
Just because you are the majority stockholder that doesn't mean that
your CO-INVESTORS concerns aren't justified. So please stop reminding
us how much stock you control. WE KNOW! And believe me - it annoys
some of us. Why? Because you act like you don't have to answer to
anybody. You do. US!
Next time you want to issue shares to raise money, why not just give
some of yours to the bank? Or better yet, announce a buyback when you
get a penny's worth of revenue going.
Don't forget to whisper in the MM's ear to get the volumne going...
