President & Chief Financial Officer
Len has served as RAPID’S Chief Financial Officer since 2012. In addition to overseeing the financial and accounting group, Len leads RAPID’S Business Systems & Facilities, Human Resources and oversees all Sales activities. Prior to joining RAPID, Len worked primarily in the Banking Industry in a variety of roles, though generally in the Commercial Lending arena. Len holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Co-op) from Memorial University of Newfoundland (Canada).

Chief Operating Officer
Tom has been the Chief Operating Officer for RAPID since 2010. The role includes leading operations, software development, purchasing, facilities, and customer service. Before joining RAPID he held senior leadership positions as President for Park Electrochemical Aerospace and Vice President for Teradyne’s Connection System Division that included managing a $400M business unit. Over his 40 year career in manufacturing he has held a variety of operational and technical roles. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science Industrial Engineering degree from Purdue University. Tom also serves on the Board of the Southern New Hampshire Health System in Nashua, NH.
